YardVision AI Terms of Service

Effective September 11, 2026

These Terms govern your use of yardvisionapp.com and YardVision AI. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the Service, you agree to them.

1. Service

YardVision provides AI-assisted landscape visualization. Users can upload outdoor photos, describe ideas, generate concepts, compare images, and save designs. Results are conceptual only and are not architectural, engineering, construction, safety, zoning, permitting, or other professional advice.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter an agreement. You are responsible for your account, password, and activity. Do not access another person’s account or bypass usage, billing, or security controls.

3. Your Content

You keep ownership of photos, prompts, and other content you submit. You grant YardVision a limited license to host, store, process, transmit, copy, and modify that content as needed to provide the Service. You must have the right to use submitted content and may not upload unlawful or infringing material.

4. AI Results

AI results may be inaccurate, unrealistic, or impractical. Plants, structures, dimensions, slopes, utilities, materials, and other property details can be wrong. Verify important details before buying materials, modifying property, hiring contractors, or starting work.

5. Plans and Billing

Current prices and limits appear in the Service. At launch, Free includes up to 3 designs per monthly usage period and YardVision Pro includes up to 40. Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe or another disclosed provider and renew automatically unless canceled before renewal. You can manage eligible subscriptions through YardVision billing tools.

6. Refunds

Payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law, approved by YardVision, or determined appropriate by the payment provider. A refund does not necessarily cancel a subscription, so recurring subscriptions should be canceled separately.

7. Acceptable Use

Do not use YardVision to violate law, infringe rights, upload malware, attack systems, bypass security or billing limits, obtain paid features fraudulently, or present AI output as professional plans.

8. Intellectual Property

YardVision software, branding, interface, logos, source code, and service content belong to YardVision or its licensors. Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, YardVision does not claim ownership of landscape images generated specifically for you. AI output may not be unique.

9. Third Parties and Availability

YardVision relies on third parties for hosting, databases, storage, AI processing, email, payments, security, and related services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and may modify or discontinue features.

10. Disclaimer and Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YardVision is provided “as is ” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that generated designs are accurate, buildable, safe, or suitable for a particular property. YardVision will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, total liability will not exceed amounts you paid YardVision during the previous 12 months.

11. Termination and Changes

You may stop using YardVision at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, fraud, abuse, security threats, illegal activity, or legal requirements. We may update these Terms and will post the current version with an updated date.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by California law except where another jurisdiction’s law must apply.
